Methods of Payment

Cash Other than the Thai Baht, the following currencies (paper currency only) can be used for purchases.
However, changes will be given in Thai Baht.
Japanese Yen, US Dollar, Euro, Singapore Dollar, and Hong Kong Dollar
Credit Cards The following credit cards are acceptable:
American Express® Card, Visa Card, JCB Card, Master Card, and Diners Card

Other Services

Tax Refund Available at the Customer Service Counter on the 6th floor.
If your purchases is 2,000 Bahts or more in one day within one store,
VAT Refund Application Form can be prepared.
For Jim Thompson on the 1st floor and Paris Miki on the 3rd floor, please ask for an application form.
Foreign Currency Exchange Not available
Temporary Storage of Purchased Items Not available
Delivery Service

We provide local delivery service of purchases. (Depending on the amount of purchases, delivery is free of charge. However, the delivery is available only within Bangkok city)

We do not provide delivery to Japan.
Grocery Pre-order and
Airport Delivery Service

We deliver your pre-ordered groceries to Suvarnabhumi Airport on your date of departure.
･Payment acceptable only at the store
(payment must be made at the shop on the day before or two days prior to your pick-up date)
･Delivery is also available for other groceries purchased on the day of your payment.
･Pick-up time at the airport : 8 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.

Application and Conditions Residents of Thailand who are 15 years or older are eligible to become members for free.
Please come to the Customer Service Counter on the 6th floor with your passport.
Services and Privileges 5% discount upon payment (some items not applicable) and for every 200 bahts spent
on purchases, 1point will be added.
Acculumated points can be used for purchases on your next shopping.
